Great Information on Teaching in Alaska

So I have been doing a lot of research on teaching in Alaska and luckily there is some really good info. There are a lot of good blogs out there of people who have moved out to Alaska to teach. So it is sort of easy to see what life is like in the bush of Alaska.

However, the best site with so much good information is Alaska Teacher Placement. There are forums there, old and new, where you can find a lot of great information from people who have made the move. Also the site itself has a lot of good info on school districts, certification, even shipping, and job fairs. If anyone else is interested or even thinking about moving to Alaska to teach, check out ATP and you will find a lot of good stuff.

If anyone else has a blog from Alaska they like, please share. I am always looking for good info on a possible move.
